A few people asked how a two-person team ships decent email. Here's the whole workflow, warts and all.

1. Plan: I keep a simple monthly calendar (1 newsletter, 1 product update, 2 lifecycle touches). Strategy is still me, AI doesn't decide what to send.
2. Generate: I describe each email to Brew. It pulled our brand from the site, so drafts come out on-brand. Automations (welcome series) I built the same way, by prompt.
3. Edit: 5-10 minutes per email tightening voice and the CTA. Verify any specifics (prices, dates).
4. Deliver: authenticated subdomain, list hygiene, one-click unsubscribe. Boring but non-negotiable.
5. Measure: check opens/clicks, save winners as templates.

Total time: ~4 hours/month. The unlock was not needing a designer, the on-brand generation closed that gap. Happy to answer questions.
